A personal statement (suggested content described below)
Two cover letters for currently open positions at two of the companies currently listed on the Trek webpage. The cover letters will not be submitted to the companies and will be used solely for the purpose of the Trek application. You are encouraged to get feedback on your cover letters by scheduling an advising appointment with a member of the UChicagoGRAD team: Briana Konnick or Mike Tessel. Make an appointment HERE; appointment availability is limited.

In your personal statement, please address the following:

Your career goals related to the business of science
How the Trek will further your career goals
Any business experience or collaborations

If selected for the trek, you must also register as a myCHOICE Trainee by completing the myCHOICE Trainee Application (if you have not already done so). Note: you must be a graduate student, postdoc, or alumnus/a of the BSD at the University of Chicago to participate in this trek. Graduate students and postdocs in their final years of training will receive preference in the selection process.

All applicants will be notified of their selection status by May 7th, 2019 and will be expected to either accept or decline the invitation within 24 hours.
